Warm-Up: Classes begin with a warm-up session to prepare your body for the physical demands of pole dancing. This may include stretching exercises, cardio movements, and mobility drills to increase flexibility, raise your heart rate, and warm up your muscles.
Conditioning and Strength Training: Pole dancing requires strength and endurance. These exercises may target your core, upper body, and lower body to build overall strength and improve your pole performance.
Pole Techniques and Moves: The bulk of the class will focus on teaching and practicing various pole techniques and moves. Your instructor will guide you through a series of exercises and progressions that may include spins, poses, holds, climbs, and transitions. You will learn proper form, alignment, and technique, gradually building strength, coordination, and confidence in executing the movements.
