Pole Doubles
Always wanted to try your moves and tricks with a partner? Come learn pole, lollipop, lyra, floor moves with this partner based class. Don’t have a partner currently? No problem! We will make sure you can practice with another during the class. Pole fitness is challenging enough, but navigating around a WHOLE OTHER PERSON means that much more fun and challenge!

Chair Choreography
Chair class can combine pole and floor moves but makes the chair the star of the show! This goes way beyond lap dances but can bring out your sensual side. You will learn a choreography based routine using your core, stamina and muscles you didn’t know existed! No experience needed!

Low Flow
These classes tap into your inner beast while you stay low to the ground but use the pole, floor, and of course, your body to put together fun and challenging combinations/moves. This is a no invert based class and all levels welcome!

Build a Combo
Want to learn choreography but have no idea where or how to start? Build a combo is a great class to help with that as well as cardio condition and learn how to put moves together and make them flow. No experience needed and by the end of class you will have created a combination with others! It's one of the most rewarding classes and always inspirational!

Pole Conditioning
One of the most necessary classes in aerial, but also one that is super challenging no matter what level you are. Why? Because there is always a modification, always a way to challenge you to greater levels. This class will give you the tools to build strength, cardio, flexibility and patience with your body.

Seen it on the 'Gram
This class became popular during lockdown across the world and is so much fun! We take moves from IG and break them down until we can nail 'em! All levels welcome all the time as our instructors will break them down and give modifications for every move.

Aerial Transitions
This class focuses on combining moves. So many times, we have favorite moves in pole and we don't know how to put them together in a combo gracefully. Transitions focuses on building the skills to put moves together in a way that allows the body to move naturally. This class is the building block for creating flows and smooth choreography!
